Digital Marketing Manager

Dropit is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to plan, manage and measure marketing campaigns for the company across multiple channels and markets. The primary goals of the role are to build awareness of the Dropit brand, incite trial of our handsfree shopping service, help us to deliver on our ingredient branding strategy, track the progress of campaigns, and build data and insights that enable continual improvements in marketing performance.

The role will also involve managing co-marketing relationships with multiple brand partners, fostering their development, and designing/delivering co-marketing campaigns. You will work closely with colleagues in Partner Success, Product, and Data, in addition to Marketing. This includes managing and monitoring digital tools used to build brand engagements and incite desired actions and behaviours.

Our chosen candidate will be highly organised, have strong interpersonal skills, and able to combine experience in marketing with strong project management and analytical capabilities. Dropit is a rapidly growing startup and the ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable to other duties, such as print management, support for events, support on-site with brand partners, and even just being a helpful pair of hands at busy times.

Job Duties

  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign and programmes, including performance tracking and ROI
  • Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
  • Manage email, marketing automation, social media and social messaging campaigns
  • Instigate, develop and project manage co-marketing relationships with brand partners
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies and programmes, driving traffic to company pages
  • Manage digital and content assets, assess and manage consistent application of ingredient branding strategy
  • Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
  • Develop engaging online content including articles, social media posts and stories, clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs
  • Working with our in-house graphic designer and managing third party suppliers for content creation
  • Develop and manage projects, and collaborate with team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects
  • Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
