Founded in 2016, Dropit operates in the US, UK, Canada and Europe, allowing brands to sell in-store inventory online, transform physical locations into last-mile distribution points and source orders to locations closest to the customer, thereby reducing the environmental impact of the retail industry.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a reliable VP Product who will organize our product development and ensure high ROI. Your duties will include translating ideas into strategy and features, and following product development from start to finish.

A successful candidate should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. It is also required to be professional, confident and be able to understand which ideas will and which won’t work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision

  • Retrieve and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products

  • Collaborate with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps

  • Organize product releases and ensure the compliance with schedule

  • Continuously transform opportunities and needs into products and features

  • Lead the organization using data driven decision making

  • Bridge the gap between Product and Marketing teams to enhance user acquisition & retention

  • Lead a strong product team while promoting a continuous delivery culture passionate about customer outcomes with measurable key results

  • Conduct periodical meetings with different stake holders across the company and external business partners to gather feedback and improve our products

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience of working as a VP Product or other relevant position

  • Curious, data-driven and passionate about solving customer needs, can synthesize user research, and quantitative data

  • Proven experience in UX design with ability to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs, plus consideration of how this product will scale according to modern best-practices

  • Experience collaborating with agile development teams and handling a backlog

  • Experience working on or leading enterprise/business-to-business products

  • Experience with scaling up a fast growing company following best practices and continuous learning

  • Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to create clarity and drive focus in complex and dynamic contexts
