Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team in the Tel Aviv office. This role will focus on HR management while also fostering connections between our global offices in the UK, US, Canada, Portugal, and Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Management: Oversee HR operations, including employee relations and policy implementation.
  • Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for all departments, with a particular emphasis on R&D roles that support our innovative retail solutions. Must have extensive experience in R&D recruitment.
  • Global Office Connectivity: Facilitate cultural and social connections between our international offices.
  • Internal Communications: Ensure alignment with company strategy across all global offices, particularly regarding our retail technology advancements.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop programs to enhance satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced retail tech environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws in all regions where Dropit operates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with extensive experience in tech recruitment, particularly in R&D roles
  • Understanding of global HR practices and international labor laws
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Hebrew and/or Portuguese are a plus
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural, innovative environment
  • Experience in employee performance management, including setting KPIs, conducting regular reviews, and implementing development plans
  • A knack for organizing fun company events, bringing teams together across offices, celebrating employee achievements, and creating memorable team-building experience

Location

  • This position is based in our Tel Aviv office, with occasional travel to other global offices.
