About the role

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth workflow and delivery of a range of different projects. You will work and coordinate with various internal stakeholders, service providers, and external customers and will be responsible to plan, manage and execute marketing and e-commerce projects to perfection. In this role, you will also be responsible to oversee task prioritization and calendar planning for the marketing and e-commerce teams.

About you

We are seeking a talented and motivated operations marketer with the right mix of marketing, project management, and technical skillset and knowledge. As a start-up, you will be working in a fast-paced/changing environment managing multiple projects at once. The ideal candidate will be both a self-starter and a team player, possessing a “can-do” attitude with a collaborative and hands-on approach.

What you will do

  • Develop detailed project plans, managing projects that require cross-functional coordination
  • Manage multiple projects while delivering on tight deadlines within scope and budget.
  • Plan and create the marketing calendar based on business goals and marketing partner activities, promotions, and launches.
  • Managing clients' marketing calendars ib various e-commerce platforms
  • Build, execute, and maintain demand gen campaigns and marketing automation workflows (emails, landing pages, forms)
  • Analyze and interpret campaigns and user behavior

You’ll be great for this role if you

  • 3+ years experience with Marketing Operations / Marketing Automation / Project Marketing
  • Experience with a technological product company - a Must! Prior work experience in SU companies - an advantage
  • A high standard of verbal and written English - A Must
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira/Monday)
  • Experience with e-commerce Marketing
  • Experience in the full marketing lifecycle and paid digital campaigns
  • Experience implementing marketing automation tools
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing projects simultaneously
  • Working experience with Shopify - an advantage
  • A ‘roll up the sleeves’ self-starter with a Start-Up mentality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills

  • Experience working with WordPress / Webflow
  • Experience with Facebook pixel and/or tag manager
  • Passion for the retail and software technology industry
  • BA in Marketing/Communications/Business Administration
