About the Position

The Content Marketing Manager crafts the messages that make sure the world knows about our products and services in a way that reflects the products themselves: technologically powered, sophisticated and seamless, and innovative. You will be responsible for composing a broad range of content across paid campaigns, websites, blogs, and organic social media channels.


  • Translate complex product and technical content into simple meaningful messages
  • Compose B2C fashion retail content and B2B retail technology content on a daily basis for both organic and paid campaigns
  • Develop an extensive range of campaign content including client-facing materials, media-focused materials (press releases), digital content (webpages, blogs, social posts), video scripts (tutorials), and gated content (white papers).
  • Create product marketing materials, and coordinate with the marketing graphic designers on all copy and content requirements
  • Translate complex product and technical content into simple meaningful messages
  • Research industry-related topics to generate fresh content especially on LinkedIn
  • Follow a content calendar across all our channels


  • A native American English speaker - essential!
  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills - a must
  • 3+ years of experience working in content marketing/content editing/copywriter preferred in a Hi-Tech and/or Fashion Retail company
  • Flexibility and ability to work both independently and in a team within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous Experience in a Retail Technology/ SaaS company/Ecommerce - an advantage
  • Previous Experience in both B2C & B2B marketing - an advantage
  • A Passion for Fashion - a big advantage!
