We are looking for someone to join our Site Operations teams in the US - this is an opportunity for someone who is looking to:
A retail background, while helpful, is not vital and some experience of B2B and B2C sales will be useful in the day to day running of the role.
The core of your role will be to complete the collection of customer bags from the Dropit Partner Stores on-site and prepare them for delivery in our hub. You will also be asked to support stores and customers by answering any questions they might have and helping solve minor technical issues that arise. You will be client facing throughout the day and have the opportunity to work closely with some of our big name partner stores, such as Under Armour, L'Occitane, Guess & 7 For All Mankind.

Site Associates initially join Dropit on an hourly rate basis (part or full time), with your availability depending on how many shifts we are able to provide per week.
