Who we are looking for:

The Account Manager is an essential figure in bringing client contracts to life. This individual will bring extensive b2b relationship management and sales experience.

Working closely with both the Sales, Operation and Implementation areas of the business, the successful candidate will have primary responsibility for the success of onboarding retailers on site by supporting the Site Manager and driving the network of relationships with (but not limited to) our Mall partners. You will be required to keep a tactical focus on daily project activities and KPI’s. This person will therefore need the ability to concentrate on goals and solutions both large and small.

What you'll do:

As Account Manager, you will have responsibility for all our mall/site relationships and business development. In particular:

  • Being responsible for on boarding all retailers within a given site, so that we quickly achieve minimum of 70-80% of stores offering our service. This will be in conjunction with the site teams.
  • Professionally communicating key information to the business areas and/or the Executive Team.
  • Working with the wider Dropit team team to develop implementation processes and project plans.
  • Help the company learn from experience to constantly improve our execution
  • Proactive resolution of all project issues across your accounts, taking corrective action when appropriate.
  • Instilling an ‘always forward’ approach across the business with ‘best in class’ performance

The Account Manage role interfaces daily with all disciplines within Dropit and reports to our European Sales director.

The role requires:

  • 3 years + experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a retail environment or retail technology.
  • Excellent client facing and negotiation skills.
  • Effective team and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong ability to deal with initial contract negotiation.
  • High focus on detail, quality and execution – but always within the context of the business’s required deliverables and broader objectives.
  • Problem solving and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, including written English, verbal presentation and visual representation.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with everyone from clients at all levels (site / retailer / hotels) to our site team and London / Israel teams

Dropit can offer a salary of between £50-£55k with some flexibility for an exceptional candidate. Dropit is proud of its flexible working environment and it is expected that the successful candidate with enjoy a blend of office, site and remote working arrangements.
