About the Role:

Join our dynamic DevOps team in TLV! We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven DevOps Engineer to support our company’s IT operations. You will play a key role in integrating and troubleshooting solutions, streamlining CI/CD processes, and enhancing our overall infrastructure resilience.

What We're Looking For:

A proactive and committed DevOps Engineer who is enthusiastic about improving operational efficiency and is versed in modern IT operations and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, integrate, and provide support for development and R&D department needs.
  • Design and manage sophisticated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
  • Keep abreast of the latest industry practices concerning IT operations, security measures, and deployment strategies.
  • Participate in system and network administration tasks (secondary aspect of the role).
  • Develop complex automation scripts and code.
  • Establish and maintain SOC/NOC monitoring and alerting systems.
  • Collaborate directly with all company departments, providing both support and development insights.
  • Document technical configurations, processes, and procedures to foster knowledge sharing and enhance team collaboration.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, with proven capability in managing both Linux and Windows environments, and a solid understanding of system performance tuning and security best practices.
  • Proficient in scripting languages including Bash and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with SCM and automation tools like GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and Ansible.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
  • Practical experience with databases and message brokers such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ELK stack, Redis, and RabbitMQ / Kafka.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools including Helm, Terraform, and Pulumi.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker container technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer-oriented service.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, EFK stack, and Jaeger within a service-oriented architecture.
  • Understanding of DevOps and GitOps principles.
  • Additional programming experience in Java or Kotlin is a plus.
  • Experience in developing SOC/NOC monitoring alerts using tools like GCP Monitoring, Grafana, and Nagios.
