US Recruiter (Remote but with proximity to either Chicago or Philadelphia) Part time, Wednesday to Friday.

We would like to add a part time (Wednesday to Friday) US Recruiter to the current team. This role will initially report to the HR/People Director and will be a remote working role.
You will be responsible for work attracting applicants passively, or may actively reach out to prospective employees individually through networking social media sites such as LinkedIn or through schools etc. Familiarity with hiring into a retail tech start up is desirable.
Once an individual expresses interest and enters the Breezy ATS you will screen the candidate in relation to the Dropit job requirements and qualifications, as well as checking to ensure a good fit with company culture and DNA
Liaising with candidates to arrange interviews and assessments if necessary.
Liaise with hiring managers to make offers and to ensure onboarding is carried out efficiently.
Managing and updating the Breezy recruitment platform to ensure candidates are contacted in a timely manner and updated on progress.
Managing and updating the Trinet/ADP HRIS system with new joiner details, completing I9 approvals, healthcare benefits, managing hourly and bimonthly payroll submissions.
What we are looking for?
* Minimum 5 years in a similar role or as an in-house recruiter. Experience of both high volume and focussed recruitment. Previous experience of working in a tech start up is essential for success in the role
* Degree level education
* Previous experience of Trinet/ADP and HiBob HRIS is desirable.
* High EQ and the ability to influence stakeholders when necessary, and to own the recruitment pipeline ensuring roles are filled quickly and efficiently.
* Delivery to deadlines and data management and reporting.
* Resourcing planning and partnering with the internal hiring teams.
