About you
Dropit is Looking for an experienced e-commerce manager to lead, and manage its marketplaces portfolio. To succeed in this position you need to have the right mix of e-commerce, marketing, data, and tech knowledge. You live and breathe the Shopify Platform (or equivalent), are experienced in apps integration, have hands-on marketing experience, and are tech-savvy. You are a fast learner, a team player with a can-do approach. You are precise with an eye for small details.

About the role
As an e-commerce manager, you will be responsible to build and manage e-commerce operations on the Shopify platform. You will be responsible for the user’s experience by managing and maintaining the products and collections hierarchy. You will also be responsible to plan, manage, and execute email marketing activity, website analytics, site optimization, and website content strategy.

What you will do

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and R&D to ensure that the operations of the marketplaces are run smoothly.
  • Own catalog integrity. Make sure all products and collections are organized properly. A significant part of this role is managing the large catalog of products on each of the marketplaces.
  • Work with the internal and external content creators to build and implement a content strategy.
  • Implement marketing calendar promotions on the marketplaces.
  • Plan and execute long & short-term projects.
  • Integrate and operate apps in the Shopify platform.
  • Updating the marketplaces assets such as banners, discounts, popups, etc...
  • Manage email marketing: lists, flows, campaigns.
  • Track shoppers' behavior and shopping statistics with Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and internal BI tools to increase revenue and traffic.


You’ll be great for this role if you

  • 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations- a must!
  • Working experience with Shopify or equivalent platform, including apps integration and marketing automation - a must
  • Previous experience working in a tech company - A must! Experience in Start-ups - a big advantage
  • Experience with CRM platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics / Tag Manager
  • Data structure understanding (tags, hierarchies, categorization, etc...)
  • Knowledge in SEO - An advantage
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS - An advantage
  • Knowledge of BI tools - An advantage
  • High level of both written and spoken English - a must
  • A Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
